Cancellation Policy

At Everfresh International Ltd, we strive to process and deliver orders efficiently. This Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which an order may be cancelled.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and contact details.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to receive a dispatched order, you may contact us to determine whether it is eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly after placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfilment has begun.
If the cancellation is successfully approved before dispatch, the applicable amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation by Everfresh International Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in situations such as:
The ordered product is unavailable.
There is an error in product description, pricing, or availability.
Payment cannot be verified or processed.
The shipping address cannot be serviced.
The order contains incomplete or inaccurate information.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, an applicable refund will be issued.
5. Refund Processing
Approved cancellation refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Cancellation Charges
There is generally no cancellation fee for orders cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Where an order has already incurred processing, shipping, or other non-refundable costs, applicable charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
